To Finished Panel
Standard production planning is based on about 300 panels per day. Actual scheduling is confirmed around the design, finish and order mix.
Cut & form the tube
Cutting, punching and bending prepare the steel tube for the specified panel and gate geometry.
Assemble & weld
CO₂ shielded and laser welding are used for full weld construction, with missed welds and surface defects checked.
Prepare the surface
Grinding, sanding and shot blasting prepare the welded panel for the agreed finish.
Apply the finish
Electrostatic powder coating follows surface preparation. The coating thickness reference is 120–160 μm.
Inspect & pack
Dimensions, finish and assembly connections are checked before wrapping, iron pallet packing and loading.
