Livestock Panel Packing
& Container Loading

A good panel order needs a considered packing plan. We combine panel separation, secured bundles and pallet protection to prepare finished panels for export transport.

The packing method

Protect the surface.
Secure the bundle.

01

Separate the panels

Pearl cotton wrapping or pads between panels help protect contact points and the coated surface.

02

Build the pallet

Iron pallets support the panel bundle. The packing reference is about 35 panels per pallet, with the bundle size agreed for the panel dimensions and handling requirements.

03

Secure with straps

Fiber strapping keeps the wrapped panels together on the pallet.

04

Wrap the outside

Outer stretch film adds protection around the packed bundle.

05

Pad between pallets

Felt is used between pallets where required by the loading arrangement.

06

Confirm the loading plan

Review dimensions, pallet count and the order mix before container or truck loading.
