Separate the panels
Pearl cotton wrapping or pads between panels help protect contact points and the coated surface.
A good panel order needs a considered packing plan. We combine panel separation, secured bundles and pallet protection to prepare finished panels for export transport.

The figures are planning references. Confirm the container type together with panel dimensions, tube specification, feet, gate mix and pallet arrangement for the final loading quantity.

Iron pallets support the panel bundle. The packing reference is about 35 panels per pallet, with the bundle size agreed for the panel dimensions and handling requirements.
Fiber strapping keeps the wrapped panels together on the pallet.
Outer stretch film adds protection around the packed bundle.
Felt is used between pallets where required by the loading arrangement.
Review dimensions, pallet count and the order mix before container or truck loading.
