Eight details that

Panel size

Confirm length, height, rail count, opening density and whether the order includes gates or panel-only sets.

Tube specification

Round, oval or square tube by diameter and wall thickness. Common references include 32 × 1.4 mm, 42 × 1.6 mm and 42 × 1.3–1.6 mm. Panel weight depends on tube size and thickness.

Welding

CO₂ shielded and laser welding options, with full welds checked for porosity, missed welds and burrs.

Surface finish

Hot-dip galvanized tube, blasting and electrostatic powder coating. Coating layer reference: 120–160 μm. Galvanized finish options can also be quoted.

Color

Green, red, blue, gray, black, yellow or custom color card matching for distributor and project orders.

Connection hardware

Pin systems, chains, hinges, latches, panel feet and freestanding hardware matched to the buyer layout.

Packing

Iron pallets, pearl cotton / foam separation, fiber straps, stretch film and padding between pallets.

MOQ starts from 100 pcs. Custom samples can be arranged with sample fee and freight confirmed.

The finish durability reference is 7–8 years. Service conditions, environment and maintenance affect performance. Confirm the coating process, intended exposure and maintenance requirements during quotation; any warranty or order-specific commitment must be agreed separately.
